Brittany Johnson, Director of Clinical Services at Hospice House

As the Director of Clinical Services at the HH, I direct and coordinate all activities related to clinical services and operations at our 10-bed acute care Inpatient facility. I am also responsible for maintaining communication and patient transitions between the IPU and our Routine Home Care program, alongside the Director of Clinical Services for the Home Care Team.

I ensure that all practices and services at the Hospice House are utilized appropriately, meet CMS guidelines and facilitate compassionate, high quality patient care.

I have been employed at HOSKY for nearly 5 years, beginning first as a CNA, then graduating to a Staff RN before transitioning to the DoCS role. I was in healthcare for nearly 20 years before finding my calling in hospice care.
