Make your friend or loved one a part of the Hospice of Southern Kentucky’s “Tree of Life” to make a lasting impact on the lives of patients and families. The tree consists of the donor’s names in one of three colored leaves located at the Hospice House entrance.
The leaves are 1.5″ x 3.5″ and can be engraved with three lines of text for up to 75 characters.
