Steve grew up in Duncan, Oklahoma and has lived in Oklahoma City, OK since 1996. He studied Economics at The University of Oklahoma and The University of Dallas. He received his B.A. and M.B.A. with a concentration in Health Services Management from The University of Dallas.

Dr. Michael Byrne, MD
After serving in the United States Army for 22 years as a surgeon, Dr. Michael Byrne moved to Bowling Green in 2000, joining Doctors Carter and Moore in the Heart Institute. Dr. Byrne was invited to join the Hospice of Southern Kentucky Board of Directors in 2015.
