Director of Human Resources
Cassie True, a Bowling Green native, is proud to serve her community as the Human Resources Director at Hospice of Southern Kentucky. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Kentucky University and her Master’s in Human Resources from the University of Louisville.
Cassie is an active member of both the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the local SKY SHRM chapter. She is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and supporting the dedicated team members who make compassionate hospice care possible.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. Family is at the heart of everything she does, which makes her especially honored to contribute to the mission of Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
