Our mission at Hospice of Southern Kentucky is to comfort and support those coping with serious illness and their families. One way that we can do this is to ensure that patients and caregivers have access to the information they need to make comfortable and informed decisions about their care.

An advance directive is a written document created by a competent adult expressing instructions for future healthcare treatment in the event the individual loses the ability to make decisions or communicate.

Hospice of Southern Kentucky can help you learn to process the feelings of grief. With support, you can find meaning in your grief journey. We offer monthly in-person support groups, book recommendations, and more to assist you in processing feelings of grief and loss.
