Hospice of Southern Kentucky is a proud partner of the national We Honor Veterans program. This partnership reflects our commitment to improving care for veterans through education, awareness, and tailored services. Through this program we strive to always seek ways to honor our veterans and their families and have access to national resources allowing us to remain up to date with changes and new information that best assist our veterans. With each level we greater our knowledge of how to remain person-centered and continue to provide compassionate care.
