Leslie Baker Smith, RN: Leslie is a nurse by trade and began her journey as a hospice nurse- providing compassionate and competent hospice care in the 90’s with Hospice of the Bluegrass in Lexington, Kentucky. Since, Leslie has held multiple roles for different agencies throughout the Midwest/Southeast region of the U.S. including Executive Director, Administrator, National Sales Op Manager, and Performance Improvement Director. Hospice is a sacred space to operate, and I consider myself lucky to be apart of HSK.
