Hospice Memorial Garden

Hospice of Southern Kentucky has been operating the Hospice House since 2008. The Hospice House overlooks a beautiful horse farm, and provides scenic views in a peaceful setting for our patients and families. Over the years, with the help from families and community donors we have added to the overall atmosphere of the Hospice House.

In the Spring of 2013 the pond was introduced, and 4 new park benches were added in August. The extension of the memorial walk and landscaping upgrades were completed in the summer of 2014. The garden includes a walkway of bricks and pavers that can be purchased and engraved to each buyer’s specifications. Pavers may include the name of a loved one, a business or organization, or a sentiment such as “may you find comfort here.”

Bricks may be purchase from Hospice of Southern Kentucky for $125.00 and pavers cost is $300.00.

By purchasing a brick or paver, the memorial garden can continue the lasting honor of your loved one. This garden symbolizes the loving memories of our patients and families.

If you would like to help with the Memorial Garden by purchasing a brick or paver, or donating garden-related items, please call Hospice of Southern Kentucky at (270) 782-3402 or (800) 344-9479.
